The holiday apartments of the Il Casalone farmhouse are obtained from the skilful recovery of an old barn, whose structure has been transformed into seven functional independent units with 4 or 6 beds, for a total capacity of 32 places.
Common areas
The common areas include the beautiful swimming pool with sun from dawn to dusk, the park equipped with games for the entertainment of the little ones, tables, chairs, gazebos and a barbecue area for barbecues with friends.
The comfortable seats in the most panoramic points invite you to enjoy a view that sweeps east to the mountains above Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, passing over the Val di Chiana and its three lakes; to the west, the view embraces Mount Amiata, the Val d'Orcia with Pienza and Montalcino, the Sienese hills.
Half of the forty hectares of our estate are oak, hornbeam and chestnut woods, centuries-old plants that you can learn about during long walks in nature.

Few rivers and many spas for a territory, the one between the Val d'Orcia and the Valdichiana, closely linked to the waters that have always offered man optimal conditions for life.
However, each area has a direct relationship with the thermal springs: traces of ancient baths have been found almost everywhere, as evidenced by the significant findings of finds from a Roman spa building and an Etruscan temple dedicated to a divinity of the " salutari waters ”, now preserved in the archaeological museum of the city.
The apartments are all on the ground floor and each have an independent entrance and a small individual garden. Also available to guests are common services such as swimming pool in a sunny position, games for children, barbecue, laundry.
